We survey, supply, install, automate, repair and service industrial doors and loading bay equipment for businesses across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, with remote areas and islands by arrangement.
Who are Industrial Door Installers?
Industrial Door Installers is the industrial doors service of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd. When you accept a quote, your contract is with that company, and our installation teams work under it. Being part of the S&K Group, which works across construction and property, means door works can be planned around wider building projects, programmes and site rules.
Our services are for facilities and site managers, logistics operators, manufacturers, landlords and agents, contractors, public bodies and farms.
How is a job delivered?
Every new installation or replacement starts with a free site survey and ends with a documented handover.
- Survey: we measure each opening and check structure, power, access and how the door is used.
- Written quote: a fixed price in writing, with inclusions, exclusions, programme and payment terms, before any work starts.
- Installation: teams working under S&K fit, test and commission the door, planned around your operation.
- Handover pack: product documents, declarations, user instructions, test records and the start of the door's service log.
Repairs and servicing are chargeable visits, and any repair work is quoted before it goes ahead.
What won't we claim?
We won't claim anything we cannot back up. You will not find badges, ratings or reviews on this site. Once customers leave reviews, we will publish only genuine ones. Certification such as fire resistance or security ratings belongs to the manufacturer's tested product, so we say we supply doors carrying those ratings, not that we hold them.
