Options that matter on site

Finishes. Choose a colour to match your building and a stucco or ribbed finish that hides minor knocks.
Electric drives. Motorised operation with the controls you need, from a simple push-button station to induction loops and radar.
Safety devices. Every powered door is fitted with the safety functions its risk assessment needs and force-tested before handover.
Vision panels. Glazed rows or full-vision sections bring daylight in and let drivers see the yard.
Paperwork. You get the manufacturer's Declaration of Performance plus commissioning and test records for your files.

Jobs we can carry out

Adding induction loops and an inverter drive so forklifts can open a busy internal sectional door without stopping.
Supplying full-vision aluminium sections for a vehicle workshop door so technicians get daylight without opening the door.
Supplying sectional doors in a RAL colour matched to the existing cladding as part of a unit refurbishment between tenants.

Powered door rules that apply in Dagenham

Dagenham is in England, where powered industrial doors fall under Great Britain's health and safety law. Whoever makes a door powered — including converting a manual door — usually takes on the manufacturer's duties under the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008: risk assessment, technical file, conformity marking and a Declaration of Conformity. Once it is in use, the employer or occupier must keep it safe under the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 and PUWER 1998.

Planning the work around your site

Downtime matters on a working site, so the programme is set around your shifts. For a single door the opening is usually needed for a day; multi-door jobs are done one bay at a time so deliveries keep moving.

Sectional overhead doors in Dagenham: your questions

How soon can a sectional door be fitted in Dagenham?

Sectional doors are made to measure, so the manufacturer's lead time sets the date. We confirm it with the quote, book installation around your operations and fit most single doors in a day once the opening is ready.

Will a sectional door reduce heating costs at our Dagenham premises?

An insulated, well-sealed sectional door loses much less heat than a single-skin shutter, and keeping it closed with fast electric operation helps further. Actual savings depend on your building, heating and how often the door is open.

How much is a sectional overhead door in Dagenham?

Our guide price for an electric, 40 mm insulated sectional door up to about 4 × 4.5 m is £3,495 to £8,495 ex VAT, supplied and fitted. The fixed price for your opening in Dagenham is confirmed in writing after a free survey.
