Options that matter on site

Aftercare. Once fitted, we can service the door on a schedule and repair it, along with doors from other installers.
Conformity paperwork. Declaration of Performance, Declaration of Conformity and user instructions on handover.
Free survey. Opening, headroom, obstructions, fixings and power all measured before we quote.
Drives and controls. Motors sized to the door and controls matched to your traffic, from a key switch to induction loops.
Safety set-up. Each motorised door gets the safety devices its risk assessment calls for and is force-tested before use.

Jobs we can carry out

Supplying a bottom-rolling sliding door for a wide opening where there is no headroom for a coiled or tracked door.
Fitting a freezer door with heated frame and inside release to a new cold room within a food production unit.
Fitting sectional doors, a high-speed internal door and steel personnel doors to a new-build warehouse as one coordinated package.

Safety law for industrial doors in England

Industrial doors in Seaford are covered by the same rules as the rest of Great Britain. On handover you should receive user instructions and, for a powered door, the conformity paperwork, because the installer is treated as the manufacturer when they assemble or motorise it. Afterwards, keeping the door in efficient working order is the occupier's job under the Workplace Regulations 1992 and PUWER 1998, which in practice means regular servicing and a written log.

How the work is organised

Downtime matters on a working site, so the programme is set around your shifts. For a single door the opening is usually needed for a day; multi-door jobs are done one bay at a time so deliveries keep moving.
