Options for PVC strip curtains in Kirkintilloch
- Hook-on strips. Replace a single damaged strip without taking the whole curtain down.
- Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
- Specialist grades. Tinted strips for insect control or welding bays, and anti-static grades where needed.
- No power. With no electrics involved, the curtain keeps working with only cleaning and strip renewal.
- Ribbed strips. Raised ribs take forklift and pallet abrasion, keeping strips clearer for longer.
Examples of work we can quote for
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
- Fitting ribbed PVC strip curtains inside loading bay doors so the doors can stay open between deliveries.
- Replacing scratched, cloudy strips on a forklift route so drivers and pedestrians can see each other clearly.
Keeping strip curtains safe in Scotland
The business running the site in Kirkintilloch must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Keeping your site running during the work
Before work starts we send a method statement and risk assessment, confirm who on site will be our contact and agree where materials and access equipment will go. On shared industrial estates that can mean booking yard space with the landlord.
