What we fit in Tamworth
- Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
- Ribbed strips. Ribs protect the clear face of each strip from scratches on busy vehicle routes.
- Polar grade. Low-temperature PVC that stays flexible in chillers and freezers.
- Sliding rails. Sliding or swing-away rails move the curtain clear for oversized loads.
- Hook-on strips. Replace a single damaged strip without taking the whole curtain down.
Typical scopes of work
- Adding a swing-away rail so a strip curtain can be moved clear for long or oversized loads.
- Supplying replacement strips cut to length for existing hook-on rails across several doorways in one visit.
- Supplying polar-grade strips for a freezer doorway where standard PVC stiffens and cracks in the cold.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Tamworth must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Access, phasing and timing
Downtime matters on a working site, so the programme is set around your shifts. For a single door the opening is usually needed for a day; multi-door jobs are done one bay at a time so deliveries keep moving.

Frequently asked questions
Can you supply replacement strips for our existing curtains in Tamworth?
Yes. We supply replacement strips cut to the right length for your existing rail, matched to the grade and width already fitted, and can fit them or leave them for your team.
How much is a PVC strip curtain in Tamworth?
Our guide price is £175 to £895 ex VAT per doorway, supplied and fitted, depending on opening size, strip grade and rail type. We confirm the fixed price for your openings in Tamworth in writing after a free survey.
Is a strip curtain or a high-speed door better for our Tamworth site?
A strip curtain costs far less and suits most openings. A high-speed door seals better, keeps a clear view and suits very busy or temperature-critical openings. We price both where either could work.
