Insulated panels. 40 mm PU-insulated steel panels as standard, with thicker thermal panels where heat loss matters.

Wicket doors. Integrated pass doors, including low-threshold versions, for staff access without opening the main door.

Jobs we can carry out

Supplying full-vision aluminium sections for a vehicle workshop door so technicians get daylight without opening the door.
Supplying sectional doors in a RAL colour matched to the existing cladding as part of a unit refurbishment between tenants.
Renewing torsion springs and lift cables on a busy loading bay door, with higher-cycle springs where the usage justifies them.

Safety law for industrial doors in England

Industrial doors in Paignton are covered by the same rules as the rest of Great Britain. On handover you should receive user instructions and, for a powered door, the conformity paperwork, because the installer is treated as the manufacturer when they assemble or motorise it. Afterwards, keeping the door in efficient working order is the occupier's job under the Workplace Regulations 1992 and PUWER 1998, which in practice means regular servicing and a written log.

How the work is organised

Downtime matters on a working site, so the programme is set around your shifts. For a single door the opening is usually needed for a day; multi-door jobs are done one bay at a time so deliveries keep moving.
