Options for PVC strip curtains in Dunfermline
- Specialist grades. Anti-insect, anti-static and weld-screen strips for specific areas.
- Polar grade. Freezer-grade strips stay soft and pliable instead of stiffening in the cold.
- Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
- Hook-on strips. Worn strips lift off and new ones hook on in seconds.
- No power. With no electrics involved, the curtain keeps working with only cleaning and strip renewal.
Examples of work we can quote for
- Fitting anti-insect strips to the rear door of a bakery or food unit to deter flying insects.
- Supplying replacement strips cut to length for existing hook-on rails across several doorways in one visit.
- Fitting ribbed PVC strip curtains inside loading bay doors so the doors can stay open between deliveries.
Keeping strip curtains safe in Scotland
The business running the site in Dunfermline must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Planning the work around your site
Downtime matters on a working site, so the programme is set around your shifts. For a single door the opening is usually needed for a day; multi-door jobs are done one bay at a time so deliveries keep moving.
