Options that matter on site
- Sliding rails. Where big loads come through, the curtain can slide or swing out of the way.
- No power. With no electrics involved, the curtain keeps working with only cleaning and strip renewal.
- Specialist grades. Anti-insect, anti-static and weld-screen strips for specific areas.
- Draught control. A curtain across the opening holds back draughts and helps keep temperatures steady.
- Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
Jobs we can carry out
- Replacing scratched, cloudy strips on a forklift route so drivers and pedestrians can see each other clearly.
- Fitting ribbed PVC strip curtains inside loading bay doors so the doors can stay open between deliveries.
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Banbury must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Keeping your site running during the work
For busy sites in Oxfordshire the work can be split across visits — preparation and framing first, door installation and commissioning second — so the opening is only out of action for the shortest time.

Questions from businesses in Banbury
How often should strip curtains in Banbury be replaced?
It depends on traffic. Pedestrian doorways can go years between changes; busy forklift routes need new strips sooner. Replace any strip that is torn, cloudy or badly scratched so visibility stays good.
Do strip curtains work in cold stores around Oxfordshire?
Yes, with polar-grade PVC that stays flexible at low temperatures. We fit strip curtains inside cold store and freezer doors across Oxfordshire to cut the cold air lost while doors are open.
Can you supply replacement strips for our existing curtains in Banbury?
Yes. We supply replacement strips cut to the right length for your existing rail, matched to the grade and width already fitted, and can fit them or leave them for your team.
