What we fit in Kidderminster
- Draught control. Strips cut the loss of heated or chilled air through busy openings.
- Polar grade. Freezer-grade strips stay soft and pliable instead of stiffening in the cold.
- Traffic passes freely. Nothing to open or close: traffic simply pushes through and the strips drop back.
- Sliding rails. Where big loads come through, the curtain can slide or swing out of the way.
- Hook-on strips. Worn strips lift off and new ones hook on in seconds.
Typical scopes of work
- Supplying replacement strips cut to length for existing hook-on rails across several doorways in one visit.
- Adding a swing-away rail so a strip curtain can be moved clear for long or oversized loads.
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Kidderminster must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Planning the work around your site
For busy sites in Worcestershire the work can be split across visits — preparation and framing first, door installation and commissioning second — so the opening is only out of action for the shortest time.

Questions from businesses in Kidderminster
How quickly can strip curtains be fitted in Kidderminster?
Once strips are cut to length, fitting usually takes an hour or two per doorway, so several openings can often be completed in one visit with very little disruption to your operations.
Do strip curtains work in cold stores around Worcestershire?
Yes, with polar-grade PVC that stays flexible at low temperatures. We fit strip curtains inside cold store and freezer doors across Worcestershire to cut the cold air lost while doors are open.
Is a strip curtain or a high-speed door better for our Kidderminster site?
A strip curtain costs far less and suits most openings. A high-speed door seals better, keeps a clear view and suits very busy or temperature-critical openings. We price both where either could work.
