PVC strip curtains in Buckley

In short

Losing heat or chilled air through a door left open all day at your Buckley site? A PVC strip curtain lets people and vehicles pass freely while cutting draughts, dust, noise and insects.

Options that matter on site

Specialist grades. Anti-insect, anti-static and weld-screen strips for specific areas.
Hook-on strips. Replace a single damaged strip without taking the whole curtain down.
Ribbed strips. Ribs protect the clear face of each strip from scratches on busy vehicle routes.
Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
No power. No motors, sensors or controls, so almost nothing to go wrong.

Jobs we can carry out

Supplying replacement strips cut to length for existing hook-on rails across several doorways in one visit.
Adding a swing-away rail so a strip curtain can be moved clear for long or oversized loads.
Fitting ribbed PVC strip curtains inside loading bay doors so the doors can stay open between deliveries.

Traffic route rules that apply in Buckley

Strip curtains sit on workplace traffic routes, so in Wales the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 apply: traffic routes must be organised so pedestrians and vehicles can move safely (regulation 17) and kept in good repair (regulation 5). That is why clear strips, good visibility and prompt replacement of scratched or missing strips matter.

Access, phasing and timing

Most installations in Buckley can be phased so part of the site keeps working. We agree access routes, exclusion zones and any temporary security with you before the team arrives, and can work early mornings, evenings or weekends where the business needs it.

Yes. We supply replacement strips cut to the right length for your existing rail, matched to the grade and width already fitted, and can fit them or leave them for your team.

How much is a PVC strip curtain in Buckley?

Our guide price is £175 to £895 ex VAT per doorway, supplied and fitted, depending on opening size, strip grade and rail type. We confirm the fixed price for your openings in Buckley in writing after a free survey.

Is a strip curtain or a high-speed door better for our Buckley site?

A strip curtain costs far less and suits most openings. A high-speed door seals better, keeps a clear view and suits very busy or temperature-critical openings. We price both where either could work.
