Options for PVC strip curtains in Buxton
- Sliding rails. Sliding or swing-away rails move the curtain clear for oversized loads.
- Polar grade. Low-temperature PVC that stays flexible in chillers and freezers.
- Hook-on strips. Replace a single damaged strip without taking the whole curtain down.
- Draught control. Strips cut the loss of heated or chilled air through busy openings.
- No power. With no electrics involved, the curtain keeps working with only cleaning and strip renewal.
Examples of work we can quote for
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
- Supplying polar-grade strips for a freezer doorway where standard PVC stiffens and cracks in the cold.
- Fitting anti-insect strips to the rear door of a bakery or food unit to deter flying insects.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Buxton must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Planning the work around your site
Most installations in Buxton can be phased so part of the site keeps working. We agree access routes, exclusion zones and any temporary security with you before the team arrives, and can work early mornings, evenings or weekends where the business needs it.
