Options for PVC strip curtains in Woodford Green
- Draught control. Strips cut the loss of heated or chilled air through busy openings.
- Hook-on strips. Replace a single damaged strip without taking the whole curtain down.
- No power. No motors, sensors or controls, so almost nothing to go wrong.
- Sliding rails. Where big loads come through, the curtain can slide or swing out of the way.
- Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
Typical scopes of work
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
- Replacing scratched, cloudy strips on a forklift route so drivers and pedestrians can see each other clearly.
- Fitting anti-insect strips to the rear door of a bakery or food unit to deter flying insects.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Woodford Green must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
How the work is organised
Most installations in Woodford Green can be phased so part of the site keeps working. We agree access routes, exclusion zones and any temporary security with you before the team arrives, and can work early mornings, evenings or weekends where the business needs it.
