Options for PVC strip curtains in Farnborough
- Ribbed strips. Ribs protect the clear face of each strip from scratches on busy vehicle routes.
- Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
- Draught control. Strips cut the loss of heated or chilled air through busy openings.
- No power. No motors, sensors or controls, so almost nothing to go wrong.
- Hook-on strips. Replace a single damaged strip without taking the whole curtain down.
Typical scopes of work
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
- Hanging a polar-grade strip curtain behind a cold store door to reduce the cold air lost during loading.
- Fitting ribbed PVC strip curtains inside loading bay doors so the doors can stay open between deliveries.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Farnborough must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Keeping your site running during the work
Downtime matters on a working site, so the programme is set around your shifts. For a single door the opening is usually needed for a day; multi-door jobs are done one bay at a time so deliveries keep moving.
