Options for PVC strip curtains in Troon
- Sliding rails. Where big loads come through, the curtain can slide or swing out of the way.
- Specialist grades. Tinted strips for insect control or welding bays, and anti-static grades where needed.
- Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
- Polar grade. Freezer-grade strips stay soft and pliable instead of stiffening in the cold.
- Ribbed strips. Raised ribs take forklift and pallet abrasion, keeping strips clearer for longer.
Typical scopes of work
- Adding a swing-away rail so a strip curtain can be moved clear for long or oversized loads.
- Replacing scratched, cloudy strips on a forklift route so drivers and pedestrians can see each other clearly.
- Fitting anti-insect strips to the rear door of a bakery or food unit to deter flying insects.
Keeping strip curtains safe in Scotland
The business running the site in Troon must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Keeping your site running during the work
Sites in and around Troon vary from tight trade counters to large distribution yards. The survey records access for our vehicle and platform, overhead obstructions and floor condition so the installation day runs without surprises.
