What we fit in Rutland
- No power. No motors, sensors or controls, so almost nothing to go wrong.
- Draught control. Strips cut the loss of heated or chilled air through busy openings.
- Traffic passes freely. People, trolleys and forklifts push straight through the overlapping strips.
- Ribbed strips. Raised ribs take forklift and pallet abrasion, keeping strips clearer for longer.
- Hook-on strips. Replace a single damaged strip without taking the whole curtain down.
Jobs we can carry out
- Supplying polar-grade strips for a freezer doorway where standard PVC stiffens and cracks in the cold.
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
- Supplying replacement strips cut to length for existing hook-on rails across several doorways in one visit.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Rutland must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
How the work is organised
Downtime matters on a working site, so the programme is set around your shifts. For a single door the opening is usually needed for a day; multi-door jobs are done one bay at a time so deliveries keep moving.
