In short
Losing heat or chilled air through a door left open all day at your Rugby site? A PVC strip curtain lets people and vehicles pass freely while cutting draughts, dust, noise and insects.

Options that matter on site
- Sliding rails. Where big loads come through, the curtain can slide or swing out of the way.
- Draught control. A curtain across the opening holds back draughts and helps keep temperatures steady.
- Ribbed strips. Raised ribs take forklift and pallet abrasion, keeping strips clearer for longer.
- Specialist grades. Tinted strips for insect control or welding bays, and anti-static grades where needed.
- Polar grade. Freezer-grade strips stay soft and pliable instead of stiffening in the cold.
Jobs we can carry out
- Supplying polar-grade strips for a freezer doorway where standard PVC stiffens and cracks in the cold.
- Supplying replacement strips cut to length for existing hook-on rails across several doorways in one visit.
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
Traffic route rules that apply in Rugby
Strip curtains sit on workplace traffic routes, so in England the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 apply: traffic routes must be organised so pedestrians and vehicles can move safely (regulation 17) and kept in good repair (regulation 5). That is why clear strips, good visibility and prompt replacement of scratched or missing strips matter.
Keeping your site running during the work
Sites in and around Rugby vary from tight trade counters to large distribution yards. The survey records access for our vehicle and platform, overhead obstructions and floor condition so the installation day runs without surprises.

Your questions about PVC strip curtains
How quickly can strip curtains be fitted in Rugby?
Once strips are cut to length, fitting usually takes an hour or two per doorway, so several openings can often be completed in one visit with very little disruption to your operations.
How often should strip curtains in Rugby be replaced?
It depends on traffic. Pedestrian doorways can go years between changes; busy forklift routes need new strips sooner. Replace any strip that is torn, cloudy or badly scratched so visibility stays good.
Do strip curtains work in cold stores around Warwickshire?
Yes, with polar-grade PVC that stays flexible at low temperatures. We fit strip curtains inside cold store and freezer doors across Warwickshire to cut the cold air lost while doors are open.
