Options for PVC strip curtains in Morpeth
- Hook-on strips. Worn strips lift off and new ones hook on in seconds.
- Ribbed strips. Raised ribs take forklift and pallet abrasion, keeping strips clearer for longer.
- Traffic passes freely. Nothing to open or close: traffic simply pushes through and the strips drop back.
- Specialist grades. Anti-insect, anti-static and weld-screen strips for specific areas.
- Polar grade. Low-temperature PVC that stays flexible in chillers and freezers.
Jobs we can carry out
- Fitting ribbed PVC strip curtains inside loading bay doors so the doors can stay open between deliveries.
- Replacing scratched, cloudy strips on a forklift route so drivers and pedestrians can see each other clearly.
- Hanging a polar-grade strip curtain behind a cold store door to reduce the cold air lost during loading.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Morpeth must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Planning the work around your site
Downtime matters on a working site, so the programme is set around your shifts. For a single door the opening is usually needed for a day; multi-door jobs are done one bay at a time so deliveries keep moving.
