Options that matter on site
- Sliding rails. Where big loads come through, the curtain can slide or swing out of the way.
- Traffic passes freely. Nothing to open or close: traffic simply pushes through and the strips drop back.
- Polar grade. Freezer-grade strips stay soft and pliable instead of stiffening in the cold.
- Ribbed strips. Ribs protect the clear face of each strip from scratches on busy vehicle routes.
- No power. No motors, sensors or controls, so almost nothing to go wrong.
Jobs we can carry out
- Fitting ribbed PVC strip curtains inside loading bay doors so the doors can stay open between deliveries.
- Installing weld-screen strip curtains around welding bays in a fabrication workshop to protect nearby staff.
- Replacing scratched, cloudy strips on a forklift route so drivers and pedestrians can see each other clearly.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Arnold must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Planning the work around your site
Sites in and around Arnold vary from tight trade counters to large distribution yards. The survey records access for our vehicle and platform, overhead obstructions and floor condition so the installation day runs without surprises.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a PVC strip curtain in Arnold?
Our guide price is £175 to £895 ex VAT per doorway, supplied and fitted, depending on opening size, strip grade and rail type. We confirm the fixed price for your openings in Arnold in writing after a free survey.
How quickly can strip curtains be fitted in Arnold?
Once strips are cut to length, fitting usually takes an hour or two per doorway, so several openings can often be completed in one visit with very little disruption to your operations.
Which strip curtain grade suits our Arnold premises?
Standard clear PVC suits most ambient doorways. Polar grade is needed for chillers and freezers, ribbed strips for heavy forklift routes, and tinted grades for insect control or welding areas. We recommend a grade after seeing the opening.
