Options for PVC strip curtains in Bridgnorth
- No power. With no electrics involved, the curtain keeps working with only cleaning and strip renewal.
- Polar grade. Freezer-grade strips stay soft and pliable instead of stiffening in the cold.
- Specialist grades. Tinted strips for insect control or welding bays, and anti-static grades where needed.
- Hook-on strips. Worn strips lift off and new ones hook on in seconds.
- Ribbed strips. Ribs protect the clear face of each strip from scratches on busy vehicle routes.
What this work can involve
- Fitting ribbed PVC strip curtains inside loading bay doors so the doors can stay open between deliveries.
- Supplying polar-grade strips for a freezer doorway where standard PVC stiffens and cracks in the cold.
- Adding a swing-away rail so a strip curtain can be moved clear for long or oversized loads.
Keeping strip curtains safe in England
The business running the site in Bridgnorth must keep traffic routes safe and equipment maintained under the Workplace Regulations 1992. For strip curtains that means clear, undamaged strips that let drivers and pedestrians see each other, and a separate pedestrian route where traffic is heavy.
Planning the work around your site
Most installations in Bridgnorth can be phased so part of the site keeps working. We agree access routes, exclusion zones and any temporary security with you before the team arrives, and can work early mornings, evenings or weekends where the business needs it.

Questions from businesses in Bridgnorth
Do strip curtains work in cold stores around Shropshire?
Yes, with polar-grade PVC that stays flexible at low temperatures. We fit strip curtains inside cold store and freezer doors across Shropshire to cut the cold air lost while doors are open.
How quickly can strip curtains be fitted in Bridgnorth?
Once strips are cut to length, fitting usually takes an hour or two per doorway, so several openings can often be completed in one visit with very little disruption to your operations.
How often should strip curtains in Bridgnorth be replaced?
It depends on traffic. Pedestrian doorways can go years between changes; busy forklift routes need new strips sooner. Replace any strip that is torn, cloudy or badly scratched so visibility stays good.
